The property I situated within Tenby’s historic walls, halfway between the medieval historic walls, halfway between the medieval church and the sea. The courtyard provides parking for one car. The entrance is about 2’6” wide with a 9” step. The property is on the second floor and there are two sets of stairs about 2’6” wide. The bathroom is accessed by two 6” steps. There is an emergency lighting system to provide for power failure. The TV has teletext and remote control. The town centre is about 50 metres away and the access is relatively flat.
